Ridgecrest Gifts That Give Hope Fair Criteria for Participating Non-Profits

The Gift Fair enables shoppers to purchase holiday gifts for their loved ones in a festive, family and community-friendly environment.  A successful Gift Fair will enable participating nonprofits to raise both community awareness and funds.  Toward these goals, each participating non-profit organization must:

1. Be a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization;

2. Submit an online application including gift items with cost by the deadline of 1 October 2020;

3. Agree to promote the Gift Fair through advertising such as newsletters, facebook/twitter and e-mail as appropriate.  Other Gift Fairs have seen a direct correlation between promotion of the Gift Fair by their non-profits’ websites, facebook, twitter, etc. and the success of the fair.  We will have a media package available from our communications team for each non-profit participant to facilitate promotion of the Gift Fair.

4. Agree to use the revenue generated through the fair for the purposes stated on the Shopping List/Online Store; and

5.  Agree to donate $20 to the Rotary Club of China Lake toward expenses of hosting the Gift Fair.
